Just thought I would post some updated pictures from the ice storm. We have been one of the fortunate ones that did not loose our electricity this week. Most of the roads are clear now, but there is a lot of clean up to be done. They were cutting our pine trees by the road tonight that are close to the power lines so we have even more branches down on our property now. Trista & Trace have played outside for 20-30 minutes the past 2 nights and just have a blast on the sled. It is actually much easier to pull around on the ice, rather than in snow. The ice totaled 1.5 to 2 inches in our area. (Notice Trista's gloves are actually reindeer socks she got from Grandma Peterson because she couldn't find her gloves!)
