It's been busy around here. My parents drove down for a visit (actually more of a work week!). They arrived last Friday and Ryan & Papa got to work within an hour of arriving to build Trista & Trace their new swingset. Grandma took care of the kids, did lots of laundry and made sure we were all fed. After 6 Days of hard work, the swingset is finished. And when Trista looked out the window at dinner on Wednesday night (the night before my parents headed home) and simply said "I love my new swingset!" we all knew it was worth it.

Papa & Trista on the machine. Grandpa fixed our driveway, added a section to the driveway and prepared the area for the new swingset.

Finding the mud - of course! It seemed we were always rushing to get something done before the next rain. Luckily, we had a beautiful sunshine day on Sunday, but of course Trace found the mud!
