Trace endured 2 years of being dragged along to Trista's gymnastics practices. Trace is so active, that I was exhausted after trying to entertain him for an hour in the waiting area. So last August when I noticed a group of young boys out on the floor at the same time as Trista's practice I ran to the front desk and asked if there were any openings....he started that day and he has loved spending the hour running and jumping on the trampoline instead of waiting with mom. So this year, when it was time to sign up for the fun meet, of course, Trace wanted to participate too because he knew you get a medal! Trace was so excited for his "big day!" He couldn't stop talking about his "big day" the week before and the week after the event. Trace did an awesome job - he is just all smiles. The coach was teaching them to raise one hand before and following each event - Trace decided to wave at us every time - it was too cute! We are proud of you buddy for listening and doing your best! (and yes, he did need a haircut :)
