This weekend, we enjoyed a quick visit from Uncle Jeff & Aunt Kay. In the morning we all pitched in to help freeze some Indiana corn for us to enjoy throughout the fall & hopefully into the winter. Everyone pitched in - shucking the corn, cleaning it, cooking, and cutting off the juicy kernels.
(And no, Susana, that is not a made up word as found on freedictionary.com:
shucked, shuck·ing, shucks
1. To remove the husk or shell from.)

Trista decided to be the photographer for the morning, so this is her view of the process :)
In the second picture, when we told Trace to clean the hair offf the corn, he looked at the corn, looked at us, and then started wiping off the back of his head!
Saturday night we enjoyed a beautiful night at the Naturals Baseball Game.
